    Skin Contact/Allergies/Improper Use of Product: Non irritating or sensitizing- proven stable and suitable for sensitive skin; for the purpose of moisturizing, anti aging and anti wrinkling. While the finished product is not considered hazardous customers should purchase products using commond sense and their own discretion.  If you are allergic to an ingredient, do not purchase the product. If you are experiencing a reaction, stop using the product and remove it by cleansing thoroughly. Although our products are all natural and may be edible, we do not recommend ingestion. Products are to be used externally. Pure Radiance shall not be held responsible for any damages to property or for any adverse physical effects or allergic reactions caused by insufficient knowledge, the improper use of a product, or to personal allergies. The user of the product is solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applying to the use of the products, including intellectual property rights of third parties.

    The information on the Pure Radiance website is obtained from current and reliable sources but makes no representation as to its comprehensiveness or accuracy. As the ordinary or otherwise use(s) of this product is outside the control of Pure Radiance including application and removal techniques and other lifestyle factors, no representation or warranty, expressed or implied is made as to the effect(s) of such use(s) including results obtained.

    Use of site: Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including any Pure Radiance host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

    Typographical errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price or listing. Pure Radiance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price or at Pure Radiance's discretion offer a refund.

    LoyaltyRewards Program: To Participate and receive full benefit from our Loyalty Rewards Program, as stated; customers have read and agreed to the following: "You may open an account or shop with us as a guest, however note that to participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program, a valid account and email is required". Full terms: How do I join the Rewards Program? Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you are not a currently customer and you place an order, when you create and account you will be automatically enrolled. How do I earn discounts? Earn by signing into your store account and placing an order. Members will then receive an email 5-7 days after their order has been paid/processed.  It will contain an email with a computer randomized discount and link/code for use. Discounts range between 5-20%. How do I redeem rewards? Sign into your store account and place your order. Rewards can be redeemed by 1- clicking on the link you were provided in the email you were provided; the discount will be automatically entered into your shopping cart or 2- enter the link/code under the coupon section during the billing process. With each order, a new link/code will be issued and the other will expire/deactivate. If you do not use the discount issued, it cannot be saved for use at a different time. Note: Don't miss out! Coupons must be applied at time of purchase in order for discount to be applied. Unfortunately, invoices cannot be adjusted via our contact center after your order has been placed. Our system permits one link/code use per order. How do I use my rewards? Rewards are issued as coupon links/codes. Remember to apply the coupon code or use the link you were provided when you check out. Pure Radiance has the right to change these terms if necessary for the operation of the company or site.

    Pure Radiance has the right to change its terms of service, pricing, product availability, tax rates and Loyalty Rewards Program at their discresion to maintain the sustainability of the company and website.

    Custom orders or invoices made for whever reason once sent to a customer for payment, payment is expected upon receipt. If a customer has not made payment after a custom invoice within 24 hours they will receive a reminder notification about their invoice.  If after another 24 hours the invoice has not been paid, the invoice will be null and void and no order will be put through.  The customer will be required to place a new order using their shop account.

    Items that have been for whever reason requested by the customer for replacement will be reviewed.  If approved for replacement, the customer has 3 months to place an order and request that the replacement item be included within their order.  If for whever reason the customer has not placed an order for replacement within a 3 month period, the item could not have been of importance for replacement. Pure Radiance then will no longer be responsible for replacing the item. 3 months is a reasonable amount of time for the customer to place an order and receive the replacement item. If a customer requests that the item be replaced after the 3 month period has lapsed, the item will no longer be honored as a replacement. It is too difficult to paintain accurate logs on customer requests after such a lengthy time period.  If the customer still wants the item, the item will need to be purchased at regular cost.

  • Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care Shop use of personal information that you may submit through this Web site is governed by the Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care Shop Privacy Policy.  The policy as follows:  When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously and shop as a guest.

    Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care and Cosmetics may use your personal information for a number of different business purposes, for example to:

    • to fulfill your specific requests for products, services or information;
    • provide customer support to assist you with your questions or concerns;
    • conduct surveys in order to improve our services;

    How Does Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care and Cosmetics Protect Your Information? The security of your personal information is a high priority for us. We maintain appropriate safeguards and current security standards to protect your personal information, whether recorded on paper or captured electronically, against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. For example, electronic records are stored in secure, limited-access servers; we employ technological tools like firewalls and passwords; and we ensure our employees are trained on the importance of maintaining the security and confidentiality of personal information.

    Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care and Cosmetics is Payment Card Industry Compliant meaning that all your credit card information is handled, stored and processed within strict protocols and guidelines that have been established by the PCI Security Standards Council. Our Web Sites use encryption technology, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) , to protect your personal information during data transport. SSL encrypts your personal information such as your name, address, and credit card number. Our Web Sites has received a Mcafee Secure Certificate which ensures that Site and Shop are protected and scanned daily to verify that they meet industry standards for online security and protection against viruses.

    When you create an online account on our Web Sites, you need to select a personal password. To maximize your level of protection, you should choose at least 5 characters including a combination of both letters and numbers. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and any account information.

    **** In the unlikely event that someone contacts us via our contact center and requests information or names one of our customers requesting that we confirm either their identity, purchase history, transaction or any other information; Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care and Cosmetics will not release your information. We will not confirm that you are even a customer of ours to anyone who attempts such contact. Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care and Cosmetics instead will contact our customer and inform you that there is someone who is attempting to contact us and/or phish for information. If in the unlikely event that this were to happen, Pure Radiance suggests that you contact the appropriate authorities and inform them of such circumstance in order to protect your privacy. If you have further questions about our policy or require further information, please contact us.

    As with customer privacy, Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care and Cosmetics also protects its privacy from unsolicited contacts. We previously listed our telephone number on our contact page, however have removed it due to excessive calls from advertisers and website companies. This took away much of our order processing and communication with our customers.It is unfortunate that there are such companies out there that have made us remove or protect such information.

    In the event that we need to contact a customer via telephone, we will do so however our main method of communication is through our website contact center or our email at info@pureradiance.ca It has been 3 years since the removal of our phone number and to date, we have had no reason to contact a customer via telephone/visa versa.  Any product questions or concerns have been answered and dealt with online satisfactorily as per customer feedback

    PRIVACY POLICY: Pure Radiance knows how important it is to protect your personal information.  Whether you are shopping with us online or in person we want to make every customer experience safe and secure.  In keeping with that goal, we have developed this Privacy Policy to explain our practices for the collection, use, anddisclosure of your personal information.     Duty Fees: Most orders are not charged a Duty fee, however if your Country does charge duty on our products, this cost is the customers responsibility.

    PACKAGING and INSURANCE AGAINST LOSS/DAMAGE:
    Note that once we turn package(s) over to Canada Post, we turn responsibility over to them.  Canada Post will not refund Pure Radiance without this coverage and therefore Pure Radiance also cannot be held responsible for replacing lost/ damaged items or applying refunds on items without tracking insurance.  Insurance must be requested and purchased by the customer prior to shipment. To arrange coverage, contact us through info@pureradiance.ca or through our contact page at www.pureradiance.ca either prior to your purchase or immediately afterward.

    All Canadian orders come with insurance and tracking at no additional cost.  U.S and International orders do not automatically come with insurance and tracking. To date we have not had a package reported as damaged or lost, however if this is a concern of yours or if we have required that you obtain this insurance due to non-confirmed address; tracking/ insurance can be added to your package as long as your item has not left our premises.

    To add insurance and tracking: contact us via info@pureradiance.ca or our contact page at www.pureradiance.ca either before placing your order or immediately after placing your order and specify that you would like such coverage be added.  We will contact you to review shipping options and any additional costs.  Any additional cost associated with the request will be invoiced separately via PayPal and are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received payment, we will insure your package, ship your items, and provide you with a tracking number. You may then track your package online.

    Note that if the shipping costs are different due to the ship address, we will contact you to inform you of the cost difference and send a separate invoice for the cost.  If address cannot be confirmed, non-confirmed address information will apply.

    NON-CONFIRMED ADDRESS:
    If for whatever reason your shipping address cannot be confirmed by Pure Radiance staff either through PayPal or upon arrival to Canada Post when dropping off your package for delivery, Pure Radiance may 1-request additional identification information and/or 2- require the customer to upgrade to tracked packaging, to ensure proper delivery.  If this occurs, we will contact you at the email you provided us with through your order to discuss options.  A $4 drop fee and the insurance/tracking charges made by Canada Post will be the customers responsibility.  This will be billed separately. Payment is required in full prior to Pure Radiance dropping your order off a second time to Canada Post.

    Why is address confirmation important?   It protects against fraudulent activity; allows product arrival, allow customers who have purchased tracking/insurance to make a claim if necessary; protects both parties involved in the transaction process.

    PACKAGING: Pure Radiance ensures that all skin care products are carefully packaged, thoroughly inspected and shipped to the address you entered on the billing screen. Note that all products are sealed and are packaged meeting standards however do not come in a individual cosmetic boxes . We respect and do our part to protect the environment by decreasing the amount of labels/ waste and unnecessary tree usage/ disposal.

    REFUSED DELIVERY: If your order is refused upon delivery and returned to Pure Radiance due to an error in the address that was entered by you at the time of ordering; a handling/ restocking fee of $15 CDN. plus any return shipping expenses will apply. You will be informed of this through the e-mail address that you provided us with indicating that your package was returned/re-stocked; the charges that were applied, and the credit amount remaining. The remaining credit amount (if any) will then be applied to your account and may be deducted from your next purchase. It is your responsibility to 1- correct your address information within your Shop Account, or 2-if you made payment as a "guest" without a Shop Account, to ensure that your next order has your correct address on it. See shipping policy above re: ensuring proper delivery.

    To have your credit applied to your next purchase: place your order and make payment in full.  Immediately after making payment for your order, contact us via info@pureradiance.ca or via our contact page, requesting that we apply your refused delivery credit to the purchase that you just made. Please provide your order number within your request. Once we receive this request, we will review your account, order and payment; then refund the refused delivery credit via the same method in which you made your payment for your purchase. Example: If you paid for your $100 order via Visa and have a $50 refused delivery credit on your account; you will receive the $50 credit via refund to the Visa that you just made payment with. It is your choice whether to re-order the same items or whether to place a new order entirely. You will then receive a notice from PayPal confirming your refund, as well an e-mail from Pure Radiance confirming the transaction.

    Note: if you fail to contact Pure Radiance with your request to have the refused delivery credit applied to your current order within 6 hours of having made payment; Pure Radiance will prepare your order; ship it, and remove the credit from your account.     LOST/ DAMAGED ITEM:​ To date, we have not had any products reported as lost/damaged, however if you live in Canada and/or live outside Canada and purchased additional coverage (tracked packaging/insurance) please read/ review and follow the procedures below. Contact us at info@pureradiance.ca, via our contact page at www.pureradiance.ca

    If however you did not request/ purchase tracked packaging/ insurance, we are sorry but Canada Post will not cover costs or refund Pure Radiance without such coverage, therefore we cannot be held responsible nor will be able to provide replacement/ refund to you. See Tracked Packaging and Insurance Policy.

    Lost item procedure:  If you have not received your package within 24 hours after Canada Post has listed your package as delivered as per tracking information; contact us and we will initiate a claim. Once we have received authorization from Canada Post if your package has been deemed lost, we will gladly send a replacement package to you.

    Damaged item procedure:

    Scenario 1: If a package arrives severely damaged and you refused acceptance upon arrival: -contact us immediately. We will inform Canada Post of your refusal and initiate the claims process. -Once we receive the package, we will return it to Canada Post. -We will gladly send a replacement package at no charge, once we have received approval of refund from Canada Post.

    Scenario 2: If a package arrives severely damaged and you accepted the package but did NOT open it:-Take photos of the package - contact us immediately. Provide us with full details and photos. -We will contact Canada Post to begin the claims process. -We will inform you on how to proceed.

    Scenario 3: If a package arrives severely damaged, you accepted it and DID open it: -Take photos of 1-the damaged package prior to opening, 2-photos of the opened package with items still inside as they appeared directly after opening and 3-photos of the items once removed from the box. -contact us immediately. Provide us with full details and photos. -We will inform you on how to proceed.

    Note: -If a package arrives severely damaged, we recommend that you NOT accept the package; rather refuse it upon arrival.
    -Canada Post does not accept/approve claims 1-without insurance or 2-where packages were damaged but items are fully intact/ undamaged/ useable.
    -Customers who chose to ship a package to Pure Radiance without 1-having been requested to do so, 2-without a return authorization number, 3-without proper contents/ missing information to support your claim; risk the possibility of losing the claim and therefore not receiving a replacement package.
    -Once we receive approval of your claim from Canada Post, we will gladly refund you the costs associated with returning the package to us, and will send you a replacement package containing the same items ordered.  If you wish to add items to your replacement package, any additional package weight and dimension charges will apply and be your responsibility.
    -If you wish to cancel your replacement package, refused delivery policy and fees will be applied.  See above refused delivery section.

    ***Due to the nature of our products, all items are final sale. If you are not sure of a product, some items are available in smaller amounts.

    ORDER CANCELLATION: Due to the nature of our products, all items are final sale. If you are not sure of a product, some items are available in smaller amounts.  If you are unsure of your purchase, please empty your cart, rather than making payment. Some products come in sample/smaller sizes. If you are unsure, we recommend reading description carefully, purchasing the smallest size, reading our testimonials, reviews and/or. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final however if you chose to cancel your order after payment and agreeing to the terms of service; a refund may/may not be issued. Read carefully.

    Pure Radiance has an advanced order notification system which prints your invoice and packaging labels once payment has been confirmed. This system allows us to begin processing orders immediately. We often hand your package over to our driver for shipment the same day the order was placed. Orders are then processed for shipping by Canada Post.

    If you cancel your order but it has not left the building (waiting for pick up), a refund will be issued less less 15% fee. Fee is for time/ cancellation/ invoice/ labeling/ packaging/ re-stocking costs. After cancellation, Pure Radiance manually reverses your order and fees with PayPal, Visa, Shopping Cart, Customer Accounts, Rewards Program; calculates refund, and communicates with customer. This takes time away from staff to communicate with; or process other customer orders.

    It is your responsibility to Contact us immediately after canceling your order in an attempt to prevent your package from being handed over to our driver for shipping. Refund will be issued via the same method as payment. You will be informed in detail.

    If you cancel your order but it has already left our premises (on its way, or already at Canada Post for shipment to your location), no refund will be issued. You will receive your package within 12 business days.

    Customers who cancel their orders are welcome to order again in the future, however lose the privilege of participating/ receiving our Loyalty Rewards Discount and any samples. Our discount program is a privilege and participation may be revoked at Pure Radiance's discretion.

    FAQ/ SHIPPING, PURE RADIANCE NATURAL SKIN CARE

    Anti-Aging Skin Care Products

    Canada And U.S Shipping Base Fees:Mailed locally by ground, Out of province by Air. Canada customers tracked packaging/insurance is included. For U.S customers, if you wish to upgrade to tracked packaging, contact us & we will adjust your invoice for the additional charge.

    International Shipping Base Fees: Mailed by International Small Packet Air. If you wish to upgrade to tracked packaging which includes loss/damage; contact us & we will adjust your invoice for the small additional charge.

    All customers should allow 2-3 days for order processing.

    SHIPPING TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS:  If you would like your items to be shipped to a different address, please un-check shipping and billing information is the same. Specify your billing address and your "ship to" address in your Pure Radiance Shop Account.  If the ship to address results in higher shipping charges, you will be contacted with a separate invoice for further payment. Once the invoice is paid in full, your package will be shipped accordingly.

    If you have not created a Pure Radiance Shop Account and made a purchase as a "guest", you MUST still specify the different address for shipment on our invoice otherwise Pure Radiance will have no way of knowing that you wish your items to be shipped somewhere else; and will automatically ship your item to the address as inputted in your Shop Account.  If this is the case your items will be shipped out via Canada Post Small Packet Air or Canada Post Expedited for Canada locations. Note: Guest Accounts do not qualify for Loyalty Rewards Discounts/Perks.  See Loyalty Rewards Information.

    **** We do our best to estimate shipping and will soon be changing to weight/size based shipping using Canada Posts automatic shipping estimate program.  This will allow for increased accuracy. Until this upgrade, note that if the shipping costs are higher than estimated, the customer will be contacted regarding the cost difference with a separate invoice for payment. Once the invoice has been paid in full, your items will be shipped.

    If we have over estimated your shipping cost by over $3, you will receive a refund for the remaining amount.  If you have not received your shipping refund within 2 weeks, please contact us with details and we will be pleased to look into your order.

    Customers should allow for 2-3 days order processing prior to shipment notification.  Note: If address cannot be confirmed, non-confirmed address information will apply. See full FAQ/Shipping.

    HAGERSVILLE AND NEAR BY LOCALS: 

    Previously Hagersville locals were provided with tax free products, free shipping as well as our Loyalty Rewards Discounts.  After much review on the rising costs imposed on us by our suppliers for both ingredients and shipping; we have had no choice but to make a change in order to support the long term sustainability of our Loyalty Rewards Program and flexibility to provide discounts to our customers.  Hagersville customers will now be charged a very small and reasonable $4 shipping fee for deliveries/drop offs.  This minimal fee is for item processing/ packaging materials/ travel/ time and delivery of item.  For all other locations standard shipping charges apply.

    If you live in Hagersville and are ready to place your order, simply login to your Pure Radiance Shop Account; place items in your shopping cart and pay for your order in full. Your order will then go into processing (allow 2-3 business days).  Once the address has been confirmed, you will then receive a notification from PayPal indicating that your items have been shipped.  Most often, items will then be delivered directly to your home via one of our internal staff. Once your order has been dropped off, any shipping fees charged will be refunded by the same method in which it was received less $4 for processing/ packaging/ travel/ delivery of item.    Important Note:  During exceptionally busy periods, you may be informed that your order has been dropped off at Andrea's Cutting Edge in Hagersville for pick up. You may then pick up your order at your convenience. You may wish to check the Salons hours of operation prior to picking up your items.

    If you have an upcoming appointment at Andrea's and you know ahead of time that you wish to have your items delivered to Andrea's Salon, please indicate this information on your invoice by de- selecting that your billing address is the same as shipping address.  Input the correct information or place a note under special instructions section of your invoice so that your order will be delivered correctly. If we have any questions, we will contact you via the email you provided.

    JARVIS, CALEDONIA, CAYUGA, OTHER LOCALS WHO WOULD LIKE TO ARRANGE ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING RATHER THAN CANADA POST AT MINIMAL COST:

    For other locals that would like to arrange alternative shipping at minimal cost, simply login to your Pure Radiance Shop Account; place items in your shopping cart and pay for your order in full. After making payment, please contact us at info@pureradiance.ca as soon as possible letting us know that you would like to make other arrangements for delivery.  Most often we can make arrangements to meet our customer in the Hagersville Tim Horton's parking lot for order drop off.  At busier seasons (May- Sept) and Nov- March), we may inform you that your order will be dropped off at Andrea's Cutting Edge at 12 Alma St. S.Once you have been informed that your order has been shipped, you may then pick up your items at Andrea's the next day or at your convenience. You may wish to check the Salons hours of operations prior to picking up your items.

    Using either method (meeting at Tim Horton's or dropping items off at Andrea's), after your order has been dropped off, any shipping fees charged will be refunded by the same method in which it was received less a small and reasonable $4 drop off fee for processing/ packaging/ travel/ delivery of item.

    Important Note: Unfortunately from having experienced no shows, we have had to add a "no show clause".  If an arranged time and date has been set to meet at Tim Horton's and for whatever the reason the customer does not show, the order will then be dropped off at Canada Post for regular shipping and processing.  If this is the case, no refund for shipping will be honored. You should then receive your package in 6-12 business days being delivered by Canada Post.

    Duty Fees: Most orders are not charged a Duty fee, however if your Country does charge duty on our products, this cost is the customers responsibility.

    REFUSED DELIVERY: If your order is refused upon delivery and returned to Pure Radiance due to an error in the address that was entered by you at the time of ordering; a handling/ restocking fee of $15 CDN. plus any return shipping expenses will apply. You will be informed of this through the e-mail address that you provided us with indicating that your package was returned/re-stocked; the charges that were applied, and the credit amount remaining. The remaining credit amount (if any) will then be applied to your account and may be deducted from your next purchase. It is your responsibility to 1- correct your address information within your Shop Account, or 2-if you made payment as a "guest" without a Shop Account, to ensure that your next order has your correct address on it. See shipping policy above re: ensuring proper delivery.

    To have your credit applied to your next purchase: place your order and make payment in full.  Immediately after making payment for your order, contact us via info@pureradiance.ca or via our contact page, requesting that we apply your refused delivery credit to the purchase that you just made. Please provide your order number within your request. Once we receive this request, we will review your account, order and payment; then refund the refused delivery credit via the same method in which you made your payment for your purchase. Example: If you paid for your $100 order via Visa and have a $50 refused delivery credit on your account; you will receive the $50 credit via refund to the Visa that you just made payment with. It is your choice whether to re-order the same items or whether to place a new order entirely. You will then receive a notice from PayPal confirming your refund, as well an e-mail from Pure Radiance confirming the transaction.

    Note: if you fail to contact Pure Radiance with your request to have the refused delivery credit applied to your current order within 6 hours of having made payment; Pure Radiance will prepare your order; ship it, and remove the credit from your account. The credit will no longer be valid nor be eligible to be applied to future orders.

    LOST/ DAMAGED ITEM:​ To date, we have not had any products reported as lost/damaged, however if you live in Canada and/or live outside Canada and purchased additional coverage (tracked packaging/insurance) please read/ review and follow the procedures below.     If however you did not request/ purchase tracked packaging/ insurance, we are sorry but Canada Post will not cover costs or refund Pure Radiance without such coverage, therefore we cannot be held responsible nor will be able to provide replacement/ refund to you. See Tracked Packaging and Insurance Policy.

    Lost item procedure:  If you have not received your package within 24 hours after Canada Post has listed your package as delivered as per tracking information; contact us and we will initiate a claim. Once we have received authorization from Canada Post if your package has been deemed lost, we will gladly send a replacement package to you.

    Damaged item procedure:

    Scenario 1: If a package arrives severely damaged and you refused acceptance upon arrival: -contact us immediately. We will inform Canada Post of your refusal and initiate the claims process. -Once we receive the package, we will return it to Canada Post. -We will gladly send a replacement package at no charge, once we have received approval of refund from Canada Post.

    Scenario 2: If a package arrives severely damaged and you accepted the package but did NOT open it:-Take photos of the package - contact us immediately. Provide us with full details and photos. -We will contact Canada Post to begin the claims process. -We will inform you on how to proceed.

    Scenario 3: If a package arrives severely damaged, you accepted it and DID open it: -Take photos of 1-the damaged package prior to opening, 2-photos of the opened package with items still inside as they appeared directly after opening and 3-photos of the items once removed from the box. -contact us immediately. Provide us with full details and photos. -We will inform you on how to proceed.

    Note: -If a package arrives severely damaged, we recommend that you NOT accept the package; rather refuse it upon arrival.
    -Canada Post does not accept/approve claims 1-without insurance or 2-where packages were damaged but items are fully intact/ undamaged/ useable.
    -Customers who chose to ship a package to Pure Radiance without 1-having been requested to do so, 2-without a return authorization number, 3-without proper contents/ missing information to support your claim; risk the possibility of losing the claim and therefore not receiving a replacement package.
    -Once we receive approval of your claim from Canada Post, we will gladly refund you the costs associated with returning the package to us, and will send you a replacement package containing the same items ordered.  If you wish to add items to your replacement package, any additional package weight and dimension charges will apply and be your responsibility.
    -If you wish to cancel your replacement package, refused delivery policy and fees will be applied.  See above refused delivery section.

    Important information:

    Due to the nature of our products, all items are final sale. If you are not sure of a product, some items are available in smaller amounts.

    ORDER CANCELLATION: If you are unsure of your purchase, please empty your cart, rather than making payment. Some products come in sample/smaller sizes. If you are unsure, we recommend reading description carefully, purchasing the smallest size, reading our testimonials, reviews and/or. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final however if you chose to cancel your order after payment and agreeing to the terms of service; a refund may/may not be issued. Read carefully.

    Pure Radiance has an advanced order notification system which prints your invoice and packaging labels once payment has been confirmed. This system allows us to begin processing orders immediately. We often hand your package over to our driver for shipment the same day the order was placed. Orders are then processed for shipping by Canada Post.

    If you cancel your order but it has not left the building (waiting for pick up), a refund will be issued less less 15% fee. Fee is for time/ cancellation/ invoice/ labeling/ packaging/ re-stocking costs. After cancellation, Pure Radiance manually reverses your order and fees with PayPal, Visa, Shopping Cart, Customer Accounts, Rewards Program; calculates refund, and communicates with customer. This takes time away from staff to communicate with; or process other customer orders.

    It is your responsibility to Contact us immediately after canceling your order in an attempt to prevent your package from being handed over to our driver for shipping. Refund will be issued via the same method as payment. You will be informed in detail.

    If you cancel your order but it has already left our premises (on its way, or already at Canada Post for shipment to your location), no refund will be issued. You will receive your package within 12 business days.

    Customers who cancel their orders are welcome to order again in the future, however lose the privilege of participating/ receiving our Loyalty Rewards Discount and any samples. Our discount program is a privilege and participation may be revoked at Pure Radiance's discretion.

    Customers who have received an item that requires replaement for whatever reason have 3 months from the date of reporting the item to place an order. In that order, the replacement item will then be shipped with the current order.  If for whatever reason the customer does not place an order within the 3 month period after reporting an item that requires replacement, Pure Radiance is no longer responsbile for replacing the item.  If the item was important to the customer to be replaced, a three month time frame is more than reasonable to request the order be shipped.

    Refund/Loyalty Rewards Processing-  Refunds and Loyalty Rewards are processed in the order in which they are received and can take up to a two week period during busy seasons.

    Pure Radiance has the right to update it's terms of service, product costs, shippng fee and made changes to its terms of service as necessary in order to maintain the sustainability of the business.
